Mushrooms:
The work includes climbing sometimes onto shelves and involves a lot of standing, so I need people who are fit and healthy with no back or leg problems. The job needs people who are fast with their hands but also gentle with the product they are handling. They will need normal working clothes, good sensible shoes or boots, no soft shoes or flip flops, aprons and caps will be provided. English language is not essential as their supervisor is Latvian but a little English would be a help.

New staff will be expected to achieve 60-65 Lbs per hour when training is complete.
Training normally takes 4 to 6 weeks. 60 to 65 Lbs / hour will give them over €9 / hour. Salaries are paid monthly.

Accommodation will be arranged for new staff on or near the farm which is only 2 minutes walk.
Accommodation is purpose built and is of very good standard, well heated and insulated. Staff will have to share a room. The cost is €50 / week.

They will get one day off per week arranged by their supervisor.
They will receive 20 working days holidays per year, no holidays will be taken for a minimum of 6 months.
