6 Supervisor assistant (male/female)
Must have good English with Polish or Latvian; Good communication skills; Computer skills but not accentual training will be given
Job description:
• Reporting daily to there supervisor
• Helping with the supervision of pickers and crop workers
• Helping pickers/crop workers achieving targets
• Setting targets with supervisors
• Training for pickers/crop worker to achieve targets set
• Reporting to Pro-Force management on a daily basis
• Making sure there staff are happy
• Running a team of around 10/20
• 12 months of the year work
• 28 days holiday
Pay:
Assistant
£6.21 first 4/5 weeks of training
£6.77 after training
£7.00 how to achieve no quality problems, all staff hitting targets; Nomad done correctly; No staff complaints
Supervisor £8.20 per hour + £50 per week bonus for achieving under budget for the site worked on
Running glass house with no supervision
Quality of crop work and picking
