Scopic Software is seeking a Technical Recruiting and Sales Associate. This is a full-time, remote, work from home position. Scopic is a virtual company (i.e., everyone works from home) with over 200 employees spread across 25 different countries. You can learn more about us here - www.scopicsoftware.com. This is a unique, hybrid position as it spans both recruiting and sales. Seeking for someone that feels comfortable with both people and technology.

For recruiting work responsibilities include initiating new hiring requisitions, creating job descriptions, assigning interviewers, helping with candidate screening, managing the candidate pipeline and possibly making some hiring decisions. Eventually responsibilities would include optimization of the hiring process and more direct supervision of others.

For sales work responsibilities include Identifying and pursuing sales potentials through online IT marketplaces and other channels, directly communicating with potential clients to understand requirements and assess opportunities, working diligently and creatively to turn opportunities into actual projects and lastly working with operations, engineering and marketing as needed to turn sales into real projects.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English. This is a must. If you are not fluent then please do not apply.
- Excellent communication skills in general.
- IT/Software domain knowledge. Must be tech savvy.
- Experience in technical recruiting and/or sales.
- Personality traits necessary to excel in recruiting and sales (i.e., positive attitude, internal drive, gregariousness).
- Good judgement and the ability to learn from mistakes.
- Attention to detail.

This is a full-time job although part-time may be considered.
